LETTUCE DELIGHT YOU
Lettuces of every hue, stripe, and speckle are at their peak this Saturday! Butter, romaine, leaf. Red, green, mixed. Spinach and arugula (organic from Mattawoman Creek), salad mix from Bergey’s, and assorted heirloom lettuces form New Earth and Grace and Gratitude turn salad into a culinary high.
Bergey’s is bringing sugar snaps and strawberries. Lots of strawberries.
New Earth has plentiful eggs, bountiful bedding plants, local honey, and bags of their signature organic potting soil and compost.
Orchid Station is coming from Barboursville with their extraordinary blooming wonders.
The Bakery at Riverside Farm returns, along with Beach Biscotti, and our regular bakers extraordinaire: Artisan’s Bakery, My Vegan Sweet Tooth, Terrapin Restaurant, Vy’s Pies, and Whole-ly Rollers.
